Entytle Joins RapidCanvas to Build the Autonomous Aftermarket at Scale

Austin, Texas, Oct. 28 –  Entytle, the company that envisioned the Autonomous Aftermarket for industrial OEMs, today announced it has been acquired by RapidCanvas, a managed AI execution company. The acquisition covers Entytle’s technology, customers and employees. Insyghts keeps its name and its roadmap. Vivek Joshi, CEO of Entytle, becomes general manager of the Aftermarket division at RapidCanvas.

We built Entytle around one stubborn piece of arithmetic. Industrial manufacturers sell machines that run for 10 to 30 years, and every one of those assets throws off parts and service revenue long after the sale. No sales team is large enough to stay in front of every owner of every asset. So OEMs cover the top accounts properly and leave the rest untended, not by choice but by headcount.

Insyghts went after the data problem first. Assemble the Installed Base, clean it, connect it, and give an OEM one view of who owns what and what it is doing. Then came the agents. AI that watches activity across the Installed Base and tells sales, marketing and service what to act on next, covering prospecting, quoting and customer service in the background across the entire base instead of the top decile. That is the Autonomous Aftermarket, and it is the reason this deal happened.

Entytle’s customers include Peerless Pump, Baker Hughes, GEA and Veolia, with the platform deployed across thousands of industrial OEM users.

“For a long time I’ve believed that all vertical software is AI, and all AI is vertical software. Today that becomes real. OEMs are leaning into AI fast, and sitting on the sidelines is not an option. We asked ourselves whether to build an AI-native engine or join forces with one, and RapidCanvas was the clear standout for our customers and our vision.”
Vivek Joshi, CEO of Entytle and incoming general manager, Aftermarket division, RapidCanvas

What this means for Entytle customers

Insyghts keeps its name, its product direction and its release cadence.

Current support and customer success teams stay with their accounts. Nobody gets handed a new rep as part of this.

Customers gain access to the wider RapidCanvas platform and its AI engineering bench, which Entytle alone could not have put in front of them this year.

Entytle’s Aftermarket specialists will work on the RapidCanvas platform under its Hybrid Approach™, which pairs the agentic platform with field AI engineers. Human-led, agent-executed.

Why RapidCanvas

RapidCanvas takes organizations from concept to production and keeps the systems running once they are live, which is where most OEM AI programs stall. The company disclosed a $29 million Series B on Oct. 21, led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India with strategic anchor participation from Hitachi Ventures.

“The industrial Aftermarket is the most valuable and least visible part of an OEM’s business, and the bottleneck has always been execution, not insight. Entytle has spent years building the domain expertise and the data foundation to fix that. By bringing that team and platform together with RapidCanvas, we can turn Aftermarket programs into AI-driven systems that run, learn and improve every day, and we can build them faster than anyone in the category,”
– Rahul Pangam, co-founder and chief executive officer, RapidCanvas

Financial terms were not disclosed.
