The Research Analyst role will be a part of the new Lead Generation vertical within Entytle. The role
will be responsible for accelerating sales for customers by researching, validating and qualifying a
pipeline of leads which meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. This position will
develop, implement and maintain lead qualification strategies that are consistent with the company’s
core values.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Conduct customer research for lead qualification.
- Validate and qualify leads via various communication channels (E.g. phone calls, social media, research, emails and social media)
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads.
- Research, track, maintain and update leads.
- Develop, Implement and Maintain lead qualification strategies.
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
Skills/Attributes required:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Experience with cold calling.
- Experience with research and maintaining leads database.
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Experience working with US Geography.
- Logical Reasoning/Analytical skills.
- Experience in using CRM – HubSpot, Salesforce experience would be a plus.
- High level understanding of Manufacturing company structures would be an advantage.

Qualifications/Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3-year experience in Lead Generation/Sales/Business Development
