Marketing Manager – Owned Media

Entytle is a fast-growing SaaS company that is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded leader further to turbocharge growth in the manufacturing/OEM space. The primary focus of this role will be to drive growth strategies including identifying growth opportunities (products, markets, etc), strategic partnerships, investments, and building an ecosystem, all leading to growing customers and revenue.

Position Summary:

The Owned Media – Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all owned media initiatives across video, podcasts, and live streams. This includes managing the pre-production, production, and post-production processes to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness of our media content. The Owned Media Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content marketing, and demand generation to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

Mission of this role:

Establish Entytle’s “Owned media” strategy, plan, and execution. Develop Entytle’s own audience harnessing our early community and recruiting new audiences through innovative use of subscriptions, powerful content, and distribution mechanisms. Work closely with Entytle’s own employees and community members to develop various media initiatives including video, podcasts, and live streams. Establish Entytle as a leader in the application of Owned Media marketing in the Industrial market.


  1. Develop and launch various newsletter campaigns for Entytle’s audience in the first 30 days
  2. Enhance our current Develop podcast for Entytle’s audience in the first 60 days
  3. Enhance our current YouTube content and create new videos and live-stream content
  4. Build a media calendar and cadence to distribute the above
  5. Grow our audience from current community members by 10X by the end of 2023
  6. Collaborate with various teams (creative and sales+product+engineering) and deploy additional content strategies to further the above goals
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve media strategy and execution

  7. Ability to conceptualize media initiatives targeting the Industrial OEM market
  8. Has grit – knows how to recover from mistakes and failures, and bounce back to win 
  9. The flexibility of work hours to overlap with our various teams across timezone


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, or a related field
  • An advertising or digital marketing background is highly desirable
  • 3-4 years of experience in the media marketing or related field
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in video and audio editing software
  • Experience with podcast production and live-streaming platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure media performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
