Lead Generation & Sales Development Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to take on the hybrid role of Lead Generation & Sales Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth engine of our company by identifying and qualifying potential leads and generating new business opportunities. As the first point of contact with prospects, you will represent our company with respect, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer research to identify and validate potential leads for our enterprise solutions.
  • Validate and qualify leads through various communication channels, such as phone (international calls), social media, emails, and research.
  • Grow, manage, and maintain a top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Strategize with the team to identify and target key prospects for enterprise sales.
  • Engage executives in high-level discussions about their aftermarket business and operations.

Skills/Attributes Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in cold calling and lead management for enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce being advantageous.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Desire to learn and succeed in enterprise-level SaaS sales.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, open floor, and competitive environment.
  • Innovative, curious, confident, agile thinker and quick learner.
  • A self-starter who is motivated to contribute to the company’s agenda.

Shift Timings & Other Information:

  • The role follows US work hours and will be conducted during night shifts in India.
  • The position requires working five days a week, from Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.
  • The office location for this role is in Pune.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a sales development role in a SaaS environment.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Lead Generation, Sales, or Business Development.
